Sake kasu, or sake lees, is a byproduct rich in amino acids, peptides, and B vitamins that has been gaining recognition for its health and beauty properties. Although feeding it to cows is an expensive endeavor, it became possible thanks to the partnership with a high-quality local sake brewerys.
This method is a testament to the innovation of Japanese agricultural and brewing culture.
